On behalf of The City of Durham Parks & Recreation Department we want to thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. DPR’s goal was to continue play in order to complete the Adult Spring League. The data collected from the informational questions that each of you assisted with was very helpful. We have communicated with the private facilities relating to facility availability. DPR have made the tough decision to cancel the spring adult league. As stated at the bottom of the JotForm, we will follow USTA’s refund policy. League refunds will be distributed in the following manner:
TennisLink will apply your refund to the credit card used for the spring tennis league registration(s). Due to the amount of credits that are being processed for the spring tennis leagues it may take several months for this credit to be applied.
Please stay tuned for post providing you with guidance on our tennis league plans for the coming months.
