JOIN THE DOCTA STAY FIT AND HEALTHY TENNIS CLUB TODAY!
The DOCTA Stay Fit and Healthy Tennis Program have been designed to promote better health, fitness and wellness through proper nutrition education, exercise and tennis to support a healthier lifestyle. This program is for everyone; however, the goal of the program is to reduce the health disparities among African American, Asian, Hispanic/Latino and Native Americans who are at risk because of high blood pressure/hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. The program will focus on boys, girls, adults and families who may be at risk in the Durham-Orange County communities.
